• First step: You can apply for the SAWS programmes from 19.Sep.2011 until 17.Dec.2011.There are two ways for applying:

1. You can apply at out offices in Sofia or Varna (Please, see: Contact). You need to have one passport photo and you fill in application form in the offices. All full-time students should have certificate from their university.
2. By post. Download the application form from our web-site: www.ukbrigade.com, fill it in and send it together with one passport photo to our offices in Sofia or Varna. All full-time students need university certificate stating that they are full-time students.

All participants who have worked on a farm or expect to be invited by their employers to work in their previous farms during 2011-2012, have to fill in inquiry and to send it together with the set of documents. (Inquiry)

The applying for the brigade is free of charge. You receive incoming number, and with this number you participate in the programme. We set date for your interview.

• Second step: You come for your interview on the fixed date. You have to have your passport or identity card and your student book. The interview is free of charge and is held in our office. If you can not come on the fixed date, you can change it. Your new date will be after the one that was at first appointed .
• Third step: If you are approved, you receive a call and we give you all the information about the job offer, the living conditions at the farm, the work period, the type of work, the group of students you are going to travel with.
• Fourth step: If the participant likes the offer and agrees to take part in the programme, he has to come to our office and to fill in the application form on the basis of which Concordia issues his work permit. The applicant must have:

- passport or identity card
- passport photo
- the fees for Concordia and Youth and Student Programmes.

• Fifth step: You will receive a medical form in our office, which you must take to the Student Policlinic to be completed .The medical certificate is needed for the brigade .
• Sixth step : You have to come to our office to receive your work permit and to choose the way you are going to travel to UK.
• Seventh step: Buying a one-way or round-trip plane ticket.
• Eight step: Health and Safety Course is held in our office. You receive last instructions about your flight and your stay in UK, as well as all the documents that you need.

We would like to pay attention to all the applicants that only people who have the full set of documents, together with detailed application form and inquiry and who applied in time will be registered.
